This can involve multiple meetings over time and cover off on the folllowing with you;

  • Research and Analysis

  • Working with your Finance broker to ensure your Finance is in line with your Property strategy

  • Established and New Builds; breaking these down in line with your situation

  • Property Costing Analysis; breaking down the cost to hold your future investment and potential future gains to be attained over time

  • Sourcing the right property to suit your situation

Once you are ready to move forward with our team helping you in building or buying your First Home or Investment Property or your on your tailored wealth creation journey; our approach with you is a holistic one. We step you through the whole process from start to finish and our team is there to assist with every step along your journey.

 

This includes the likes of; 

​

  • Securing your Purchase or Build

  • Liasing with your Solicitor regarding your Contract/Constracts, Terms, Timeframes, Deposits

  • Continuing to work with your Mortgage Broker to ensure are in communication with your Finance terms, timeframes, dates; this is very important as without your Finance we cannot assit with your build or purchase. 

  • If your building ensuring we have well established, qualified, vetted builders with fixed price, turn key, ready to move in or tenant ready contracts, as well as keeping you well informed with every step of your build.

  • Working in with your chosen Property Manager; to ensure your property is ready to be listed on the market for tenants and rented in a timely manner

  • Having a qualified Building Inspector for your purchase or throughout your build process

  • Arranging your Depreciation Schedule if your investing; which your accountant will require at tax time

  • Post purchase or build completion appointment; to go over any questions, queries, your experience, feedback

  • Checking in with you Annually; to ensure everything is on track, see if you have any further questions or queries, if you would like to arrange a further appointment to discuss things in further detail
